Abstract
The dorsal penile frenulum is an extremely rare penile anomaly. Only three case reports of dorsal penile frenulum are available in the literature. It is incidentally detected as the inability to retract prepuce. Simple excision of the frenulum can result in good cosmetic results with unrestricted penile erection. We present this case report of a 21-year-old unmarried, uncircumcised male presenting with an inability to retract prepuce due to dorsal and ventral penile frenulum.
