The hotel had a fantastic family room with a pool view, excellent food with a wide variety, three à la carte restaurants, and a great selection of evening programs and activities. The staff, especially Katja, were attentive and friendly. Perfect for families with kids.

The location of this hotel is great for those who enjoy shopping, being near Alara bazar with over 200 shops you can basically find anything. it is right on the beach. The rooms are clean and modern, and there is a fridge/minibar in each room. The staff is nice and there are many sunbeds available at the pool and beach.
Some guests experienced sickness, indicating that the food hygiene of this hotel may not be optimal.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel! It was situated right on the beach which made it very convenient for me to enjoy the sun and sea breeze. The location was also great as it was near a bazar with over 200 shops, so I could buy anything I needed. The hotel facilities were really clean and well-maintained, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of my room. Additionally, the friendly staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable! I have to say, breakfast was certainly a highlight of my day, with plenty of quality food to choose from.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute treat! The exclusive amenities were luxurious and exceeded our expectations. The outdoor swimming pool was pristine and the beach access made for breathtaking views. The spa and wellness centre was one of the highlights, with body wraps and massages leaving me relaxed and rejuvenated. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff catering to our every need.
The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of variety in the bar menu. While the drinks were tasty, the absence of fresh squeezed juice was noticeable.

We spent a lovely Easter holiday at this hotel. The pool was great - big and clean, and there were plenty of sunbeds available. The food was also very good with lots of options to choose from both for breakfast and dinner. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and there was a nice park nearby where we enjoyed taking a stroll.
the crowds at the beach were overwhelming and it was difficult to find a free sunbed after 10 am. we had a nice experience but the drinks selection and the beach situation left something to be desired.
