Our Karate classes take our training from our original purpose: simple, effective self-defense. Our system has survived for hundreds of years for one reason–it works!
Our head instructor has over 35 years training in Karate, and over thirty years in teaching. He has trained law enforcement and military, but has also worked with children to train effectively.
Since moving to Georgia, he now offers traditionl Karate classes in Jefferson, GA for the benefit of his community.

Our Martial Arts Curriculum
Adult Karate Class
Adult Classes will immerse you in self-defense training from the beginning, and will focus on allowing you to defend yourself from the first classs. Our strategy incorporates simple techniques you can apply on day-one, but will contiue to challenge as you advance troughout your entire life.
Children’s Karate Classes
Children learn the same self-defense as the adults but usually need more training to develop focus and discipline in the beginning. Skills taught to children help them in all aspects of like, such as improving school grades.
Advanced Karate Classes
Advanced ranks will move into a separate class where they can focus on more complex skills. They can also work with other advanced students and become more and more realistict in their application of skills.
