Summer Livin’ Angelface®

A Mexican native with fantastic, vibrant flower trusses which emerge in summer from shiny green, slightly serrated foliage. Height varies between 45cm and 60cm tall for the largest variety. Excellent in large containers, raised beds or borders for the summer months.

Aquilegia ‘Black Barlow’ The foliage makes a low ferny grey-green mound and distinctive, pompom like, dark plumpurple, almost black flowers develop in early spring and summer.

Aralia ‘Sun King’ (VR) Large, bright gold leaves emerge in spring and in a sunny position the foliage will remain eyecatching throughout the summer. In full shade, the foliage looks a darker lime green colour. Tall 60cm spikes of tiny white flowers appear in summer.

Summer Livin’ Arctotis With a long flowering period and weather resistance the Arctotis varieties continue to please. A choice plant for the summer border or container as it can be grown on its own, with other Venidiums or with other selected summer plants.

Argyranthemum Often known as ‘Marguerite Daisies’ these are largely upright varieties of differing foliage and flower colour. Just try them in a large container for the patio, courtyard, conservatory, doorstep or balcony.

This plant gained an RHS award of merit in 1992 for its excellent garden performance. A mass of yellow flowers throughout summer.

A hardy, compact form of the well known Erigeron glaucus with green foliage under copious amounts of solitary lilac flowers with yellow eyes.

PENDAN (40)

This beauty can be compared to an older relative ‘Coral Belle’. Very similar in habit, but this variety has icy white flowers with a slight hint of pink in the very centre.


Euphorbia

Diamond Frost might look delicate and frilly, but nothing could be further from the truth. She has performed well from North to South and coast to coast. While she does best in sun or part sun conditions, she does surprisingly well in shady conditions too.

‘Diamond Frost’ (P) This is incredible! - it just keeps on flowering with clouds of airy white flowers on a mounded habit through spring and summer.

As you might suspect she is great in mixed containers and containers by herself, but don't discount her excellent performance when planted in the landscape. She needs little to no supplemental water and is extremely heat tolerant. She doesn't need to be deadheaded and shouldn't need much in the way of fertilizer either - she's a very selfsufficient plant.

Phytolacca ‘Laka Boom’ (VR)

Beautiful purple tinted foliage and red stems, bearing congested spikes of berries. This is a selection from a wild tropical species found on high volcanic slopes of Sumatra although still reaching 50cm, this is not as tall as other Phytolacca species.
