OUR REVIEW

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Situated in the beating heart of the resort rather than Atlantic side, GF Gran Costa Adeje is still handily placed if you want to switch its pool for the beach with Playa del Duque nearby. Travelling along the TF-1, you can reach the hotel in around 25 minutes from Tenerife South Airport. Close by, GF Victoria's Scandal Dinner Show is a strictly adults-only affair, combining burlesque entertainment with gourmet cuisine in a spectacular setting.

By plane: flights from London, Birmingham and Manchester to Tenerife take around 4 hours 30 mins. The hotel is a 15-minute drive from Tenerife South airport. Free public parking. Book flights to Tenerife.

THE LOOK AND FEEL

As yellow as a banana, the Canary Islands' most emblematic fruit, the GF Gran Costa Adeje's design is very much on the steamy side. There's a sultry style that dominates both the exterior and interior. On the ambience front, there's a low-level buzz that excites guests but doesn't ever intrude.

THE FACILITIES

GF Hotels encourage staff to be credible, humble, open in their communication, passionate and team players. First-floor pools offer sufficient sun loungers with a race to bag space conspicuous by its absence. A top-floor pool with 360-degree vistas is flanked by a naturist terrace. There's a gym and tennis courts.
