Staying in this hotel was an unforgettable experience. The location is amazing, set in the heart of the desert and surrounded by picturesque landscapes. The restaurant’s meals are sensational, with a variety of choices and the staff is always polite and helpful. The room is cozy and well-maintained, with a modern bathroom and breathtaking views of the beach. The pool and beach areas are very relaxing, and there is even a water park to keep children entertained.

The spa facilities were underwhelming and do need some improvement.

We had an amazing stay with exceptional service from the friendly staff. The hotel had small buildings with well-maintained infrastructure which made it feel less crowded, even during peak season. The hotel provided numerous sports activities for all ages, and the pool was spacious and not overcrowded. The location was perfect, being right on the beach and next to the restaurant. The breakfast offered a good range of healthy food options and there was plenty of parking available.

It was all superb.

Fantastic location, beautiful gardens, and great beach. The pool area is amazing with water slides and plenty of sun loungers. The rooms are nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the delicious food at the buffet restaurant, especially the local cuisine and fresh fruits.

The language barrier with some staff members. , the Wi-Fi connection was not very strong in some areas of the resort, which was a bit frustrating.

Great Christmas getaway!

Had a wonderful stay over Christmas in this hotel. The grounds were beautifully kept and the food was delicious with lots of variety. The staff were friendly and helpful and the beach was easily accessible, with plenty of shade and lounge chairs. The pool was also lovely with plenty of sunbeds available. An added bonus was the opportunity to participate in activities such as fitness classes and archery. a relaxing and enjoyable Christmas break.

The hotel lacked atmosphere in the evenings, with little entertainment or music. The drinks selection was limited and not of the best quality.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in a beautiful garden with palm trees gave us an immediate feeling of peace and relaxation. The hotel is situated just off the beach, allowing us to easily enjoy the sun and the sea. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. They made every effort to interact with us personally and several staff members even arranged to come and say goodbye as our transfer bus left for the airport.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The helpful staff, beautiful surroundings, and the range of amenities provided made our experience truly enjoyable.
