We spent a lovely New Year at this hotel. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and the indoor pool and sauna were great for relaxing after a day out. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and sights.

Most of all we liked the personal attitude of all the people working there. The hotel has great amentities which are provided to the guests free of charge. Silvia is always ready to help and we do feel very comfortable to spend out vacation there.

I would recommend that some more facilities in the bathrooms such as hangers and bath caps etc.

We liked everything in this hotel. In particular the most welcoming warm approach of the owners. The excellent modern design of the hotel and fantastic rooms as well as the great meals. Ighly reccomended. We celebrated there anniversary party and there are no words that will express the warm atmosphere and support by the owners.

I loved the SPAs' cleanliness. The parking spots available were convenient, and the location was excellent for hiking the mountains. Also, the staff was polite and helpful.

Can't fault anything about it.

This hotel advertises with a cheap rate of 80 euro per room but when you have to pay its all of the sudden PER PERSON. What a rip off! Ofcourse we did not agree and it costed us more than an hour to get our right. All of the sudden the personnel was not so nice anymore.

This hotel is conveniently situated for sightseeing and hiking, as it is located near a mountain for hiking, not far from a castle, and within close proximity to the town center. The rooms are spacious and tidy, and the breakfast is excellent. The spa area is a great place to relax, and the bathrooms are luxurious. Plus, parking is included in the price.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel on the outskirts of town. The location was perfect for me, as it was just a short walk to the center of town. The service from the staff was exceptional - they were always helpful and polite, making me feel very welcomed. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, and the bathroom was simply luxurious. I also enjoyed the amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, in-room safe, and the lovely balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. The hotel also had a stunning garden area and terrace where I could unwind and soak up the sun. The spa and wellness center was a wonderful treat, with a relaxing indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay unforgettable.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Kaprun! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern, and the food was both delicious and healthy. The kids menu was quite interesting, which made dining with the little ones a breeze. The staff was friendly and professional, making us feel very welcomed. We particularly enjoyed the pool and beautiful lobby and bar areas, complete with a real fireplace. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel, despite the minor drawbacks of smoking in the bar and lobby, as well as the lack of a smoke-free area and playroom for kids. But with those remarks aside, we had a perfect stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed on our new year holiday. The rooms were adequately sized and offered beautiful mountain views from the windows. The complimentary spa treatments were a fantastic additional benefit to our stay!

The food was unappetizing and didn't meet expectations for a new year celebration. the location wasn't as convenient as advertised, with several key attractions a long distance away.
