Spent a wonderful time at Pula Suites in Mallorca. Friendly staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The architecture of the buildings was both pleasing and well designed, creating a sense of quality and spaciousness. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to local beaches and restaurants. The resort had a quiet and exclusive feel to it, providing a truly relaxing experience. The staff, particularly Hans, Nati, Giovanni, and Pep. Lovely property with comfortable suites, delicious food, great breakfast choices, and gorgeous swimming pools and spa facilities.

Can just recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very professional and friendly, providing us with a warm welcome with refreshments on arrival. Hotel facilities were great, with a lovely pool area and a beautiful spa. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. We also appreciated the quiet and relaxing location, surrounded by countryside and two waterfalls, yet still close enough for a quick cab ride to the city madness or a lovely beach called Cala Agulla. We also liked the plenty of parking space available.

The food was delightful and the staff were lovely, they even had a kitchen where we could cook our own meals, and the management was helpful by giving us useful tips, plus there was a beautiful garden on the premises.

Our stay was fantastic! We loved the location surrounded by nature's beauty and enjoyed the nearby cycle track. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were tastefully decorated, clean, and spacious. The food was outstanding, and we particularly enjoyed the fresh ingredients and beautifully presented dishes.

While our experience was generally positive, some of the steps within the rooms were a bit challenging to navigate at times. It didn't ruin our overall experience but would have preferred fewer steps.

My recent city break was wonderful and the hotel I stayed at was exceptional. the hotel's location was perfect as it was situated in a quiet and serene countryside area, which made for a relaxing stay. the meals at the hotel were one of the best aspects of my trip, ranging from superb a la carte options to fantastic buffets. the pool area was perfect to unwind and soak in the sun.

There were some minor issues I faced during my stay. the minibar in the room did not have free items, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel is located on a hill between two “waterfalls” that make annoying noise. The surrounding area is desolate as seen on Google Maps street view. There are no markets or shops nearby, and it’s challenging to go out without a rental car.

The gym is outdated with ancient equipment that needs upgrades.

This hotel has exclusive amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs. The indoor spa and treatments were excellent. The pool and pool bar offered variety. The staff, particularly Carlos and Tomeu, provided outstanding service, making us feel welcome and special. Our suite was cleaned daily with new bed sheets and had a comfortable bed.

We encountered only one minor issue. The exterior dining area was frequently bothered by wasps.

Friendly staff. Concerned about food safety. Good gluten-free options. Architecturally pleasing and spacious. Amazing setting. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.
