All the staff were respectful, skilled. The location was magnificent there, in the station. Moreover, it was close enough to the Wetterhorn, Finsterarrhorn, Schreckhorn, and Eiger and the outskirts of town and the town centre.

This hotel is good value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident throughout the property, from the basic amenities to the rooms with balconies that offer an amazing view of the mountains. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location is also convenient, just a short distance from the Grindelwald train station and close to the First gondola, perfect for hiking adventures.

It's a place for all kind of rest in mountains. Ski-bus stop is near the hotel. Restaurant is the heart of this friendly comfortable family hotel. Here everybody fines something for his taste.
It would be very useful to organize drying place for ski boots. Ours was wet during all our skiing time. Ski room is not such comfortable how it would like.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is perfect, just out of Grindelwald centre, down the hill, with easy access to the First gondola for hiking and the Grindelwald train station. The rooms with a view of the glacier are stunning, and the breakfast with an incredible view is a highlight.

We loved the friendly, welcoming staff who helped in any way they could. The room was the one we booked and the view of the Eiger was perfect. The food was excellent. Highly recommended.
