The hotel is ski-in/out and located at the top of the main street, ensuring a peaceful stay. The staff is extremely polite and the food is excellent. The SPA area offers great relaxation and beautiful views. The hotel also provides the Joker card, a valuable advantage in the region.

Amazing spa and pool areas, perfect for relaxation. The attentive and friendly staff were always willing to assist. , the ski-in slope made it easy to start the day skiing right from the hotel.

The food and drinks choices were not always appealing, lacking diversity at times. the rooms were not very soundproof, making it noisy at times, especially when overlooking certain areas of the hotel.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel in an incredible ski area and it was an absolute delight! The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, providing easy access to shops and commercial services. The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar. The housekeeping and room service were top-notch, ensuring that my stay was always comfortable and enjoyable. The staff in the bar provided excellent service and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The on-site restaurant served delicious breakfasts and dinners, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

This hotel is perfectly located for skiing, right in the centre of town with easy access to the main lift and hire shops. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished with modern touches like heated lockers for ski gear. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast is a highlight, with plenty of delicious options available. And after a long day on the slopes, the indoor/outdoor pool and spa facilities are a welcome respite.

One aspect that could be improved is the noise level from nearby afterski-bars further down the street, but it's a minor inconvenience and doesn't detract from the overall experience.

The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. We also enjoyed the wellness area, which included saunas, a pool, and the option for a massage. And the dinners at Kendler were some of the best in town, especially for vegetarians like us!

The hotel was in a prime location, just a couple of minutes walk from the ski lifts and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

Although the food was generally good, there were a few dishes that felt a bit over-complicated and pretentious. The ski and boot store could have been better equipped with more modern facilities.
