I recently stayed at a hotel in La Thuile for a week of skiing, and I must say, I made the right choice. The hotel was run by a charming couple who were warm, professional, and always ready to help. The room was quiet and comfortable, and I especially loved waking up to the stunning views of the mountains. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast, with a pot of tea accompanied by plates of biscuits. It was the perfect start to my day of skiing.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic - nothing could have been improved.

Spent Easter at this hotel and loved it! The owners were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were modern and clean, and we loved the wonderful little bar that was included. The location was great; situated within walking distance to restaurants and shops, and just a short distance from the ski lifts. The mountains provided beautiful scenery and we had tons of fun skiing. We also appreciated the daily fresh towels and continental breakfast with delicious baked goods.
Although we enjoyed our stay, the only downside was the lack of activities outside of skiing. There were limited options for après ski and not much entertainment available in the evenings beyond dining out.

Great value for money with comfortable beds and a hot shower. The location was perfect - just a short walk from popular attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and filling, especially the croissants and hot drinks.
The staff was uninterested and unhelpful, and the room was small and cramped. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to plan our days.

The owner Susanna is exceptional, so friendly and welcoming, and really looked after us. She even booked us dinner at various restaurants in the village. The location is excellent because it is just outside the town but close enough to walk to the center for restaurants and to the chairlifts for excursions up the mountain. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, with basic amenities to keep your boots nice and toasty for the morning. Breakfast is ideal, with fresh croissants and hot drinks brought out by Susanna as soon as you sit down.
Everything was perfect.

The hotel's location is inconveniently far from the chairlifts for excursions up the mountain, requiring a long walk or bus ride. The room and bathroom were average, with no remarkable amenities. While breakfast was sufficient, it lacked variety and quality. Service was unremarkable and not particularly friendly or helpful.
The walls were thin and noise was a constant issue, making it difficult to sleep or relax in the room.

Hotel Du Glacier exceeded all expectations during our stay. The attention to detail was impressive, from the well-furnished rooms with comfortable beds to the excellent bathrooms with plenty of hot water. We loved the private balconies in each room, offering beautiful mountain views. The location under the main gondola made it incredibly convenient for accessing the slopes, and the ski storage room was always clean and warm. The staff, especially Susanna, were friendly and always available to offer advice and assistance. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to detail and friendly service from the staff made our stay truly exceptional. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, with breathtaking mountain views to wake up to. The hotel's location right under the main gondola was incredibly convenient for accessing the ski area. And let's not forget the delicious continental breakfast that fueled our days of adventure on the slopes!
No negatives, everything was perfect!

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect; it was close to a slope and a bus stop for taking the shuttle bus to the ski lifts. The rooms were clean and had good facilities, including a table for working with our laptop and a balcony with a small laundry rack. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fruits, pastries, cereal, yogurts, cold meats. The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and bars, as well as information about ski equipment rental and ski passes.
Nothing, no complaints at all. The hotel was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed our stay very much.
