No complaints, the hotel was pleasant and absolutely great. I booked a room with a big bed, central heating, a personal safe and a flat-screen TV. Location: the venue was very close to restaurants and the nightlife. I had coffee at On Deck, located within 15 minutes walk.

Great location and friendly staff. Had a wonderful time with family away from the crowds. Excellent reception staff, especially Mr. Mohammed and Mr. Ali. Pool staff, Mr. Mohammad and Mr. Sayed, were very helpful and made sure our child was comfortable. Thank you guys!

I was there for 6 nights and would love to go back. The hotel was excellent and overlooked sea. The position of the property was unbeatable, to Shopping malls near by. What's more, it was short walk to the resturant, the sea, and the shopping center of naama bay. The staff was kind and fantastic, everything was wonderful.

Staff was very polite, professional, and accommodating. Requests for help with noise disturbances and a late check-out were obliged.
This was our first time in Naama Bay (we have stayed at other Red Sea resort towns in Egypt) and the noise is terrible--it consists largely of competing blasts of very loud music from different vendors along the shore. The hotel can't do much about this. The hotel itself has very thin walls and we were disturbed by noisy neighbors who came in very late shouting in the halls & then turning up their TV to very high volumes. If you want a quiet holiday, obviously Sharm isn't the place.

Make sure you stay in the standard king room with 1 bed. Its location is particularly good and perfect just off the Marina, garden and sea and Nemaa bay.
