The twin room in the sheets had all necessary amenities. The hotel had a very pretty and excellent location, near a bus station.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

Had huge and neat room, it included a couch, a storage space, and a sofa sleeper. Its location relatively close to a relaxed beach was exceptionally nice.

Extremely bad staff!

Top-class staff and very pretty and excellent location just off the evening buffet and breakfast restaurant, H10 Mediterranean Village, and various attractions in Salou. Also, straight to end of the road takes you to a rocky beach.

Great family hotel with friendly staff and good food. The pool and bar areas were lively and fun. a decent option for a family holiday.

Rooms are clean and well equipped. The food was excellent with a large selection so that there is something for everyone, also a lot of fish. The staff in the restaurant was also very helpful.

Entertainment and equipment

The cleanliness of the room. By the time we got here, the room wasn't very clean. And during our stay the floor would not be cleaned sufficiently or not at all. The breakfast buffet offers a lot and even has a special buffet for children. I'm afraid the dishes weren't so clean.

Incredible, perfect location in center of salou. Extremely comfy bed in apartment with a microwave, an individual safe and air conditioning.

The location was perfect, near Cap de Salou. Moreover, it's close enough to water parks, Salou or Pineda, and salou town center.

Amazing food, helpful staff, clean rooms, great for families, variety of food options, short walk to beach and town.

We looked at pictures of the room when booking and thought it had a double loft bed for the children, unfortunately it was just an example of what a room can look like! Next time write to the hotel and ask if it is available! Otherwise perfect for families with children.

The apartment was recently refurbished, it included a microwave, climate control and a personal safe. The bed was good, best sleep ever.

Staff was excellent, I did not want to leave!

I was there before and would come back for sure. I loved the room, it was perfectly clean and with bedroom, great view, for instance. Fantastic location not far from the restaurant-everything, the waterpark/public beach area, and Tarragona, I felt safe. I found The Tropical offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

We had an amazing time at the hotel! Great value for money with a clean and spacious room overlooking the pool. The location was perfect, close to theme parks, water parks, and the beach. The staff were friendly and the entertainment kept both kids and adults entertained.

The breakfast offerings could have been better with more variety of fresh vegetables like tomatoes and peppers.
