Property was ideal and incredibly beautiful, I loved the stay.

The location was favourable, for example, Kusadasi Quad Safari was at a short distance from the hotel. I ate at the a la carte restaurant near the property. The room was huge and spacious with airco, I had a good rest...  

It met all required needs, had a relaxing stay of the BEST HOLIDAYS ever. The entire staff were very-very nice. The hotel had indeed a good location on the sea. Besides, it was just next door to the bars, À la carte restaurants...

The location is great, and the view from the room is lovely. I love the private beach, where is wonderful for swimming in the Aegean Sea.

The facilities in the room is too simple - almost nothing! We did not have Shampoo in the room from the begining to the end although asked many times, then finally, we gave up!

The location was MARVELLOUS on the Turkish seaside and the staff here was attentive and helpful. Local fast food option Lost Paradise Beach was 15 minutes walk away.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Yagmur Aquapark Area, surrounded by a mix of historical sites, beautiful natural landscapes, and vibrant nightlife. Our family had a blast exploring nearby attractions like the ancient city of Ephesus and enjoying the stunning beaches in the area. The hotel itself offers a wide range of amenities and activities suitable for all ages. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable retreat for our large family, and the friendly and attentive staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The entertainment team's hard work kept our kids entertained throughout the day, and we were impressed by the variety of food and drink options available. it was a fantastic experience that created lasting memories for our family.

My children wanted more waterslides for extra fun.

The all inclusive package was great, including meals and alcohol. Friendly staff, amazing neighborhood, and excellent communication with the hotel. Good infrastructure, with sea view rooms, pools, and beach close by. The guest relations manager was fantastic.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We spent our Christmas holidays at a 4-star hotel. The location was great, just a few steps away from a beautiful beach with warm and calm sea. The hotel had a large and green area, which made it a perfect spot for long walks. We also enjoyed the daily entertainment program, with activities for all ages.

The hotel lacked proper hygiene measures. The food served at the buffet was often left uncovered, attracting flies and insects.

The food options were incredible, with a wide variety to choose from. The pools were well-maintained and offered a great spot for tanning. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the beach and some excellent restaurants.

We reported these problems to the reception, but it took several days for them to be addressed. The overall room and service were not up to par, although the views were amazing.
