The staff is helpful and pleasant, convenient location close to transportation and shopping areas, clean rooms, good breakfast, value for money.

The room was clean, tidy and comfortable albeit a bit small (although most turkish hotels seem to be this way). The area was convinient and closeby to the centre of town, shopping and food.

It said we had free wireless but the wireless did not work anywhere in the hotel. Not in the guestroom or even the lobby. The breakfast choice was limited but fair. Not reccomended for family with childern

Located conveniently in the heart of the city amongst the busy streets, this hotel is easily reachable by metro or tramway. Being just a short walk near the metro station, this hotel is an ideal location for visitors exploring Istanbul. Rooms are clean and tidy with a good window and comfortable beds. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always willing to provide assistance. Breakfast buffet is outstanding with a variety of Turkish dishes and delicious desserts.

Some rooms have weak WIFI signals.

I have made reservation by internet and after arrived to the hotel.The recepsionist tried to refuse us by saying."there is room avaliable".i showed him the confirmation email from Booked.net the he said "he didnt receive it"after i told him i will complain to Booked.net and pushed him we finally got the room.

Very good breakfast and convenient location since the metro and tram are 5 min walking distance from hotel. Also the staff where helpful. The price was low and rooms were very clean

Location of the hotel was in a very very busy area so a lot of noise in the rooms. Some basic needs were missing, like a fridge to keep our drinking water cold. Rooms were relatively very small as oppose to what the pictures suggested.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation and restaurants. The breakfast was adequate and free of charge.

Good location, short walk to the tramway or rail station. The Grand Ant is not grand but a good for value hotel ideal for a short city break.

Rooms are small but ok. We were given a top (9th) floor room because we asked for a quiet room. Still heard the lift and slamming doors in the early hours but slept well. The breakfast buffet was ok but was exactly the same every morning.

Good location, nice price. Room is small but clean wit air condition. Thre is posibility to park in fron of the hottel after 18 oclock.

It's a little bit more noisy at night than i expected. Credit card payment is accepted with sour face. They preferr cash.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel. I could easily commute around tourist places in this city centre by metro or tramway. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the hotel facilities were good enough. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was decent too.

The location is excellent for accesibility to air port through the nearest metro station and by tram station to shopping centres, museums and old city areas.

Nothing specific, however I missed the tourist maps, information on tour transportation packages for the city.
