Villa Kerasia Anatoli – Agios Stefanos

Villa Kerasia Anatoli and its private pool have been designed to make the most of the superb panoramic views over the sea. Perched on the hillside above the bay of Kerasia, it’s a short walk from the picturesque pebble bay below, and a 5 minute drive from Agios Stefanos Village. This quaint little resort also has a small beach and harbour as well as several good tavernas by the sea. Pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms.

The swimming pool sits to the side of the villa facing the olive groves and open sea, with views across the water to the Albanian coastline. The pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace where you can relax, or enjoy a game of pool or table tennis. Also, by the poolside there is a stone BBQ and a covered dining terrace where you can eat and enjoy the scenery.

Inside, the living area is bright and airy, with large patio doors opening onto the dining terrace. The adjoining kitchen and dining area have direct access to the pool terrace and BBQ.

On the ground floor is a bedroom and adjacent bathroom. Upstairs is a second bedroom which shares the facilities of a separate bathroom with the neighbouring bedroom. The remaining bedroom has an en suite shower room and spacious private balcony overlooking the pool and olive groves, down to the sea.
