The rooms at Globales Condes de Alcudia are cozy and inviting. The balconies are the best feature, with comfortable furniture to relax and enjoy the lovely view. As a guest who appreciates a good outdoor space, I loved having my own little spot to unwind after a long day.

Half board also has to pay for water. that's really bad. I never saw that

The cleaning lady came every day, it was very clean and the rooms were beautifully and modernly renovated, even if they were very noisy.

WiFi was only available for 1 hour a day and that only in the lobby, these are old-fashioned standards, the lift was slow and the capacity too small, poorly coordinated. The coffee was very bad.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the food options were excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. the location was perfect, being just a short walk away from the beach and the bus stop. Lastly, I really appreciated the spacious balconies that offered amazing views.

One thing that I didn't like was that there was no option for a room including breakfast only. It would have been more convenient for those who don't need the half-board option.

Location was close to the beach. Stay there and enjoy your Port de Alcudia city trip. A room with a shower.

The shows in the evening because of the volume and the brightness of the rooms.

The hotel is ideally located on the seafront near a beautiful sandy beach, perfect for families with children. The rooms, although basic, are clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the inclusive drinks selection is great. There is a variety of food available, including a snack bar and restaurant with good choices. The hotel has a swimming pool, and entertainment is provided every night.

Some guests experienced noisy rooms and small bathrooms.

Food was very good, always something for every taste, the salads were to die for!! Staff were always on hand to help with anything, reps at the hotel including entertainment staff were hard working and always found time to talk to you, even those not wanting to join in activites

Lifts were small, but people allowed to use the service lift, which was bigger, not many people knew so not a problem for us!

We were on the ninth floor, it was quiet, the view was good.

The hotel is not bad but the food is horrible and with half-board you are not allowed to drink even the glass of water during your meal!!! as well as you are not aloowed to bring your drinks. So tell me who is eating his meal without drinking anything at all?

The food was excellent with plenty of choices and hot, the pool area was clean with enough sun loungers available for everyone, and the hotel was located near the beach and shops which was very convenient.

The room was small with no fridge or drawers to store personal items, and there was no kettle provided. The entertainment was ok but not great.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Port de Alcudia. The location was very close to the beach, which was convenient for relaxing in the sun. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that our basic amenities were taken care of. The rooms were clean and had air conditioning, providing a comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast provided a variety of options to start the day off right.
