Hello Lauren , seems a yucca gloriosa, called also spanish dagger or spanish bayonet, could be also a yucca aloifolia, you ve to check leaves . In contrast to Y. gloriosa var. tristis, the leaves of Y. gloriosa var. gloriosa are hard stiff, erect and narrower. On the other hand, Y. aloifolia has leaves with denticulate margins and a sharp-pointed, terminal spine

According to the Irish book, Yucca aloifolia can be distinguished from Y. gloriosa based on leaf features. Y. gloriosa leaves lack the sharp terminal spine of Y. aloifolia (there's a pointy tip but not a sharp spine). They are wider (1.5-2" vs. 1-1.5") and somewhat flexible (not as rigid). The margins look smooth but feel rough, however they lack the sharp teeth of most aloifolias.
