The pool area was great, with a bar and snack area right alongside. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Ted who kept us entertained day and night. We also enjoyed the location, with the marina and shops just a short 10-minute walk away.
The cleanliness of the hotel was a major issue. We only received fresh towels and toilet rolls twice in a week, and even then, it was only after we requested them.
