Holding "High-precision complexes" during the forum "Army-2019" presented the combat module "Narcissus". This is a light combat installation, which is controlled remotely.
Named some characteristics of BM "Narcissus". It is equipped with a Kord 12-mm machine gun and an optical-electronic aiming system. The installation has the ability to fire both ground and air targets.
An important detail: the Narcissus combat module not only detects and recognizes targets at a distance of up to 10 km, but also guides them. From the press service of Rostec:
A distinctive feature of the "Narcissus" from the majority of such installations is the presence of a multichannel sight with an independent line of sight. This design solution has increased the accuracy of shooting, including in motion, and also provided the possibility of hitting small air targets at a distance of 1500 meters.
The management of Narcissus is completely digitized, which ensures, as the manufacturer notes, its high quality. Digital technologies make it possible to complement the functionality of the combat module with various sensors, including topographic, meteorological and others.
"Narcissus" can be installed on various types of military vehicles, including reconnaissance and patrol. The control is carried out by an operator who sees the image of a tactical map on a special monitor. The fire from the "Korda" opens by pressing a button on the control panel.
