Water: Because of its thin needle-like leaves (a shape known as filiform), magnusiana and similar species need more frequent waterings. Spray or dunk twice a week, allow to dry within 6-8 hours. Soak monthly to rehydrate up to 4 hours as necessary
Magnusiana is a fun, pin cushion like species similar in shape to a tectorum with softer, thicker, and less scurfy leaves. This plant likes good air flow and does not need as much water as other filiforms like fuchsii and filifolia.
