Scabiosa 'Dwarf Double Mixed' Seeds

Scabiosa is commonly called the Pincushion flower. But there is nothing common about this plant. It has tantalising buds, glamorous double flowers in shades of blue, lilac, pink, crimson and white then when the flowers fade amazing seed heads form. Shorter than most Scabiosa with stems half the length of Scabious Tall Double mixed, they are perfect for patio containers and for mixed posies too.

What's more Scabiosa is easy to grow and produces masses of flowers for cutting. The more you cut the more you get. Sow outdoors in spring for flowers this summer then sow again in autumn. An autumn sowing will produce early flowers the following year.
