The room was clean and well-maintained. The mini fridge and air conditioning worked perfectly. The swimming pool was gorgeous and well-maintained, with a swim up bar that was a nice touch. The staff at the bar were friendly and the drinks were reasonably priced. The food at the restaurant was amazing, with a wide range of dishes to choose from. The buffet had a mix of English and local cuisine, which was great for trying different meals. The staff throughout the hotel were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

There were limited plug sockets in the room, which was inconvenient for charging multiple devices. The balcony was small with only two chairs, so we couldn't all sit together as a family.

The hotel was unhelpful when my retainer went missing and didn't follow up on the issue. Many sun beds were reserved early in the morning, despite signs asking not to reserve.
