The place is absolutely jaw-dropping, surrounded by a stunning park, and the views are mind-blowing. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and professional, making our stay even more amazing. The spacious and quiet rooms provided the perfect retreat. The SPA was truly incredible, making time fly by in a blink. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was very good. The restaurant was top-notch, with a long list of wines to choose from. The old world charm of the fortress combined with modern conveniences was a perfect blend. Our suite was exceptionally spacious, with two floors and two terraces. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The food at the restaurant was exceptional, using fresh, locally grown ingredients. The view from the hotel was absolutely spectacular, overlooking the city. And the sunset hot tub experience was simply fabulous. this was an absolutely amazing experience, one of our most memorable stays in Italy.

As soon as I arrived at this hotel, I was struck by the stunning location. Sitting on a hillside in a beautiful garden, the views were absolutely breathtaking. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a great outdoor swimming pool and ample parking. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast served on the patio every morning.
Nothing to complain about at all.

This house is a "secret tip". There's nothing wrong here. Very very friendly staff in all areas. Excellent breakfast and food! Very well maintained outdoor area with a unique view of Assisi.
The route, but the hotel has no influence on it

My husband and I stayed at Castello di Petrata for only one night in June. I could not get over how beautiful the grounds were. The photos do not do it justice. The flowers were blooming everywhere. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there. Although breakfast was only adequate, the lunch was great and the dinner was amazing. I would definitely go again!
I think it would be nice to have more information available in the rooms concerning spa services and how to book activities. From time to time, the front desk was not manned so we would have to walk around to find someone to assist us. But this was just a minor inconvenience.

The hotel has an unbeatable view, from which you can enjoy stunning panoramas of the surrounding area without leaving your room. the location is quite convenient as it provides easy access to the nearby attractions. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel staff's attentiveness, who were always eager to help us during our stay, from recommending places to eat out to assisting with our transportation needs.
We noticed that the hotel tends to host local functions, such as weddings and christenings, that can be quite loud and disruptive to other guests. We experienced some noise issues during our stay, and it would have been helpful if the staff had taken measures to ensure that the event's attendees didn't disturb the peace and quiet of the hotel.
