The location was amazing, with stunning views of the beach and beautiful rock tombs. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The Turkish breakfast was delicious, and the staff were proficient in English.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to the river on a side street so it was nice and quiet. No load music or motorbikes at two in the morning.The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel could do with a facelift and a couple of mod cons. The rooms are very basic but you get what you pay fore and didnt pay alot.

Had a great Christmas break with friends and family! The views were stunning and the resort was in a perfect location to explore the beautiful area. We loved the fact that we could take a shuttle bus to the beach and enjoy the clear water and sandy beach. the all-inclusive drinks and snacks served at the beach bar were a nice touch.

Some rooms required a bit of a trek up multiple flights of stairs, which was difficult for some of our group. The food in the restaurant was okay, but nothing to write home about.

Although It was a short stay,the staff there was quite helpfull and pleasant.the room had a nice view, everything was pretty OK.

Ali and his family were very nice, very friendly!! He helped us with the useful information in Dalyan. The hotel is next to the river, overlooking the Kaunos (King's Tomb). Make sure that you get the room with this view. Not a buffet breakfast but it's enough for a morning. Free Parking, free wifi.

The bathroom needs a bit refurnish.

The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking and the grounds were beautiful. The rooms, although basic, were clean and the air conditioning worked well. The staff at the beach were exceptional and the beach itself was one of the best we've been to.

The hotel is located on top of a mountain, so there are steep inclines everywhere. This can be quite challenging for people with walking difficulties or small children.

Hotel was clean. Price was good .Small hotel. Next the river/lake.Staff very hot . They try to spent much time in hotel . especially lunch and dinner. I advise to go for eating special restaurant. If do you need anything boat ,meal first of all you have to learn real cost. You may pay much money than its value :)

I got some special help from hotel staff. I realised I pay much money for that things .Be carefull!!! . If possible you investigage other option.

This is a family run hotel and they made us feel welcome. The breakfast on the terrace was excellent as was the view of the Lycian Tombs. Very near the hotel there are people with boats who can row you over to the other side of the river (very cheaply, not as a tour) so that you can walk down to the ancient city of Kaunos.

The shower. And the towels could have been better.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and great attention to detail. It is located halfway up a mountain, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide top-notch service. The rooms, although basic, are cleaned daily and come with fresh towels. Additionally, breakfast is included in the stay, making it even more convenient for guests.

Amazing view from the hotel, of the tombs. Very handy for the boat trips due to being close to the river, and good selection of souvenir shops and restaurants.

Very very basic rooms. Cleanish, but very rundown and dimly lit. Breakfast was a boiled egg.....! I know you get what you pay for, but they could make it so much better for very little investment.

Location, location, location. The views from some of the balconies of the Kings Tombs are the best in Dalyan. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value if you are on a budget but not very luxurious.

Rooms are very basic, needed some maintenance as door handle to balcony kept coming off in our hand. Furnishings are old, but comfortable enough for one or two nights. No hot water at sink in bathroom. Not a lot of choice for breakfast and hot water out of urn for coffee tasted tainted.Could not drink it.

Wi-fi is excellent; AC works well; view from terrace beautiful; Ali was very attentive and helpful; price was great.

Street noise, small rooms, not much parking; hotel dinner was mediocre and expensive; some food was too spicy to eat, but alternative was not easy to get.

The hotel is superbly situated in Dalyan with fabulous views of the tombs and down the river from the roof terrace. Accomodation clean and the staff were excellent with a very friendly atmosphere.
