What was the highlight of BULL Eugenia Victoria

Excellent hotel which is improving all the time - highly recommended.

We have stayed here on many occasions before and it was a while since we had been. There have been many improvements - mainly Restaurant refit and reception area refit. It is obvious this is an ongoing process with some of the floors being uprated and the spa is currently under refurb. Looking forward to coming back to see what more they have done. We also liked that spa facilities have child limitations and that smoking areas are now designated and not just anywhere.

We still dislike the towel reservation of sunbeds - we observed many beds being reserved and never used. Very frustrating for those who truly want to use them. We also prefered waiter/waitress service in pool bar previously - we had to queue at bar for drinks (Just personal preference tbh).

Enjoyable stay, friendly staff. Was ideal on this occasion with what i needed such last minute

Very Good

Plenty of space aldo full. Sun loungers were in plenty full.

Like all hotels all inclusive is hard to please all. Lunch and dinner when we got there was always cold.

Certainly hope to visit again soon

This was our third visit to the hotel this year as we are very happy with the atmosphere. The staff are very friendly with particularly good service from pool bar staff

Lift lotto One lift was out of service for our whole stay leaving only 3 lifts to service 8 levels at busy times you could have long waits

It was excellent and I would come again.

The main outside pool was very spacious, lots of tanning beds outside, the spa, especially the dead sea was a massive treat. Table tennis, minigolf and billiard being free to play as well is also lovely. Rooms are spacious and clean, the balcony overlooking the pool is great as well.

The musical shows that were held for adults down by the pool in the evening time ran a bit late. If you were planning on waking up early the following morning, you’d struggle to get to sleep as people were singing and talking till midnight.

Nice hotel, nice holiday with just a few critiques

Nice bright, big, clean rooms. Food was convenient and served in the restaurant and the three poolside bars/cafes. Great pool areas and playground to keep kids occupied. Entertainment in the evenings was quite good.

Whilst food was convenient and had plenty of choice, the quality was just ok. You have to queue for orange juice, cola, minerals etc. In restaurant which at times was quite a long time especially if you have young kids waiting. Waiting times and queues at the indoor and outdoor bars tended to be long (especially evening time) as there are not enough bar staff to cope with demand.

Good apartment from only the odd staff member

Food was good and hotel kept very clean specially the rooms can’t fault the maids

Let me express not all staff But some bar staff very rude and don’t make an effort to make the customers happy just next please and no chat and I speak Spanish and live in Tenerife but it made no difference so I voiced to the management

Overall, great hotel, value for money and staff helpful

The facilities were great, free use of the spa was amazing. Food (breakfast and dinner) was good, the usual from a Spanish hotel. Drinks were cheap and the hotel had entertainment on throughout the day.

The spa was a little bit dirty, regular cleaning of the tiles in the pools and the floor wouldn’t go amiss. Location was okay, you are about a 10/15 minute walk from the yumbo centre and about 20 from the playa del ingles ‘strip’ so keep that in mind if you aren’t up for a walk. Some (older) guests were rude, for example staring us down as we walked by which made us uncomfortable but that is no fault of the hotel.

Lovely hotel great staff

Beautiful hotel so clean .Staff were lovely , friendly and helpful. Pool large , also 2 others for children. Room was huge lovely balcony views over pool. Food was well presented, always find something to eat .

The only thing I would like to see is more secure entry to kids club .Children were left to come and go I put my 4 year old in , but by the time I sat back by my lounger she was out of there . I feel there should be a sign in and out policy with a door and button that they are unable to reach.Last hotel we used had this and on cruise ship and I think families would feel more confident that Children are safe .

Almost perfect

Breakfast and dinner buffet. Plenty of variety. It was very well organised.

There was a mild sewage smell at the entrance by the main road. It's possible the hotel are using dirty waters to water the plants.

Wonderful

pool, outside area, activities and games, food was excellent with variety of choices.

we were on the first floor and having a big palm tree right in front on the terrace with no view at all. it was always a challenge to find free sun lounges outside, people tend to place their towels from early mornings to secure them, but half of them were never there. my 13 year old son was very keen on using the spa pools indoors as found the water outside too cold to swim and was really upset about the rule children were allowed to use the spa only for 2 hours each day (between 10am and 12pm). I also think it was silly as the spa was pretty much empty for the rest of the day and overcrowded only for those 2 hours in the morning . the same rule was imposed on the jacuzzies outside as well - no kids under 16 allowed and I find it really unfair on the older children who are already teenagers and had no right to use all facilities especially when there is also an adult to accompany them.

Not coming back

Nice All-In hotel, food and drinks available almost all day. Big rooms. During our stay, staff was mostly friendly.

Bed was uncomfortable. Also at the end, we lost a phone in the taxi, taxidriver brought the phone to the hotel but reception refused to send it, even though we were more then willing to pay for the costs. We were planning on coming back next year but because of this incident, we will not go back because it's poor customer service. 'Luckily' our flight got postphoned to the next day and we were able to retrieve the phone ourselfs.

Great hotel for kids

A very good offer for families with children. spa, kids club and the playground were much enough to keep our kids occupied and happy throughout the 1-week long stay. The stuff were very professional, helpfull, polite and smiled all stay long.

The restaurant serves very tasty food, but the space is limited and it got crowded at some point. The tables are too close to neighbouring tables and gives a feeling of sitting in a cantine, not a restaurant.

Wonderful

breakfast and dinner is great, not too far from the nearest beach ~15mins by foot which is managable even for my 2 little boys who are 5 years old. A little bit noisy during the night from the activities in the bar, it will be ended by ~22:30 but it's acceptable. the SPA closes too early at 18:00 ... clean room and good room service which I have nothing to complaint .
