We loved the central location of the accommodation, just next to the main train station, Gornergratt train, and the main shopping and restaurant street. The king room was tastefully decorated and had a table football, closet space, and an outstanding view.

The food was very good and also the room was very big and one had a great view. The staff was always very friendly with one exception. My criticism on the day of departure was received very positively and friendly.

Unfortunately the cleanliness left much to be desired. There was black hair in the bathtub and on the sofa there were crumbs and hair.

Zermatt is overcrowded with tourists; the prices in the restaurants and for the mountain railways are horrendous. Beware of taxi rip-offs at the station. Let me give you exact prices!!

I loved having a safe box, climate control, and a balcony in my room. The room was generously sized and everything was incredible. The location was amazing, just a short walk to the main town center and the main train station.

It seemed to me that the agreement between the employees did not take place in detail.
