Dwayne San Nicolas (Democratic Party) (also known as Mr. Goodman) is a member of the Guam Senate. He assumed office on January 2, 2023. His current term ends on January 6, 2025.
San Nicolas (Democratic Party) is running for re-election to the Guam Senate. He is on the ballot in the Democratic primary on August 3, 2024.[source]
Biography
Dwayne San Nicolas was born and raised in Agat, Guam. San Nicolas graduated from Oceanview High School in 1993 and studied basic law enforcement at Guam Community College. He earned a B.A. in history in 2003 and an M.A. in counseling in 2011, both from the University of Guam. San Nicolas served in the Guam National Guard as an infantry soldier from 2007 to 2015. His career experience includes working as a Guam customs officer from 1995 to 2018, as a guidance counselor from 2018 to 2021, and as a small business owner beginning in 2020. San Nicolas volunteers as Santa Claus for schools, charities, and religious organizations.[1]
