The pool area at Atlas was absolutely stunning with plenty of lounging spaces. I enjoyed relaxing and soaking up the sun while sipping on a refreshing drink from the bar. The hotel also offered excursions to nearby attractions, making it convenient to explore the city. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot Marrakesh weather. I'll highly recommend this hotel.

The spa is fantastic, also the pool and the room was very spacious. Food good, if a limited choice of a la carte. Pool beuatifully kept and areas around. Lovely rooms in the lobby to sit and cool down in. Lovely atmosphere overall, very relaxed. Helpful porters and waiters.
Drinks very expensive, both alcohol and non-alcohol. Only one cd was played repeatedly at the pool - a little irritating after 6 days! Welcome and welcome drink would be good. Reception staff could be far more polite, and focus on one guest at a time, and not on other guests in the queue or their personal phone calls.

The hotel is located in the area of the city where all the main hotel are situated. If arriving by train it is a 10 mins walk down a main road to the hotel. The facilities are excellent and are equal to four star in the uk so if you can get a rate of around £50 inc breakfast go for it. The city sightseeing bus stops at the end of the road to the hotel so if you get a 24 or 48 hour tour ticket it saves a 15/20 mins walk to the Medina or the unknown of taxi fares!!! Drinks are a bit pricey but then you are in Marakesh!!!

Great staff. Quality hotel with excellent facilities. Quiet and relaxing. Lovely gardens. Money exchange facilities available
A few parts of the hotel looking a bit tired, eg odd tile in bathrooms missing, bath coating peeling - but all minor. Drinks expensive. Internet access went off several times

The hotel is well located in marrakech, fairly close to the market, but in a calm area where one can enjoy one's holiday in the calm. The hotel is big and "airy", very welcoming. The rooms are big too, with a nice balcony where you can have breakfast or a drink while looking at the swimming pool in the garden. The staff is discrete and very efficient; room service is fast. - a place wher one can truly relax. Things "work" well here and you don't get annoyed by small things like an elevator that does not come, a hair dryer that does not work, a service which turns out not to exist. - As a frequent traveller, I can warmly recommend this 5-star hotel.
I would have appreciated that the menu of the restaurant contained a larger selection of Morrocan dishes.

Room was comfortable, swiming pool very large but water was cold in december, only myself I could use it once a day. Breakfast was pretty good comparing with other luxury hotels in town where we stayed during this trip.
One morning they were not ready with making omlettes by special order at 9.00am when breakfast was starting to be served from 6.00am to 10.30am. Many people they complained that day about the bad service for breakfast. Walking to Medina main square is about 25 minutes.

the beautiful bathroom, tiled, large, with hot water and bath, and super bath gels etc. The room was very pleasant and the bed luxurious.
Asked for quiet room but it was noisy, on street, and loud party till 3 am. The breakfast was disappointing, , should have had fresh orange juice, could not get attention of staff to get fresh coffee, and hard to get help with baggage when I left, not allowed to bring car round to collect luggage when others could,
