This is an old fan made download from 2002 that I found on Archive.org's Wayback machine (located on http://www.satonline.fr.st/ - archived
link here) and want to make it easily accessible. The original was compressed in a .rar archive and titled "pweb4.rar".
Essentially this is a fan hack of two versions of the Sega Saturn's Net Link web browser (by PlanetWeb) combining a retail release (3.0) and a beta release to provide a better web browsing experience.
Simply burn the .ISO file to a CD-R and use it with an appropriately modified Sega Saturn console. The MP3 file is not required for the web browser to function. The Sega Saturn Net Link hardware modem add-on is required.
The included Read Me file explains the origins:
"Sega Saturn Net Link Browser 4.035 Beta
Date: March 4, 2002
Format: ISO + MP3
A bootable, updated version of the Planetweb browser for Netlink. This version is based on the version 3.0 CD, incorporating the 4.035 update file. The original test copies used version 2.0 but the fonts look better on this one. 4 new splash screens from the Dreamcast browser are included, but one old screen remains. CD covers should be included with the archive, not actual size, so use a CD cover printing utility.
Features of the 4.x Browser:
- Frames
- New IRC commands
- Support fro some progressive JPEGs
- Auto-repeat for hand controller functions
- Support for embedded .wav and .aif sounds
- New keyboard shortcuts
- Several bug fixes.

Thanks to Dark Grue for info on downloading the update file, and everybody on the Saturn scene (especially the developers). Your efforts are keeping the Saturn alive!
If you paid for this CD you have been ripped off!
