This is a complete collection of Redump validated ROMs for the CD add-on for NEC's PC Engine / TurboGrafx-16. Each title is packed individually as a zip archive, and has been processed via TorrentZip for distribution. This reference collection includes the Redump datfile and the version of ClrMamePro which was used to verify the ROMs.

Subject: REDUMP VALIDATED?

I hope someone can help me with something, I'm currently trying to validate these dumps with the redump datfile at hand and most of these games don't match their sha1 hash. What's up with that? Not to mention that the games (some of them at least) are nowhere to be found on redumps datfile (not under the convoluted names in these files at least)
Are these redump validate for real? If so, what happened?

Thanks guys for supplying this to us, good collection with a lot of games.

To those who keep whinging about roms not there, don't, simply be thankful someone goes to the trouble to get this all together. And instead why not upload roms that are missing or if you have the disc, dump it or get someone else to, so this collection to include as much as possible.

Like all redump sets, this is missing heaps of games. - There are other sets out there that ARE complete. Lots of them, they've been around since the early 2000s.

Subject: Redump

every time i download a redump set, the comments are full of people saying "there are games missing!". they don't understand that Redump is an ongoing project, and that not every disc in existence has been properly dumped in 1:1 format yet.

Subject: Missing US Turbo Duo games

Off the top of my head you are missing Cosmic Fantasy 2 and Valis 2/3 where you only having the Japanese versions.

There are a good selection of games on here but sadly this is far from complete.

Subject: definition of a complete set

It is a complete set, having all of the images for PC-Engine documented by Redump as of 2016. You can see this confirmed by the filename of the included DAT. If it is not in the Redump PC-Engine database at the end of 2016, it is not in this collection.

Please help Redump by scanning discs that you know are missing so that validated images can be included in future Redump PC-Engine reference sets.

Overall, this is a very good collection, but you are seriously missing some "other" good titles, and in a lot of cases, missing titles that need to be added...

Downtown Nekketsu Monogatari (River City Ransom JP)
Hawaiian Island Girls (Adult picture CD)
Hi-Leg Fantrasy (An adult RPG game)
It Came From The Desert
Loom (USA)
Riot Zone (This was an awesome title)
Rom Rom Karaoke (1 - 5)
Shadow Of The Beast (USA)
Street Fighter (Also called "Fighting Streets")
Street Fighter II - Champion Edition (JP)
Wonderboy III - Monster Lair

And this is all from the top of my head. The "4 in 1 CD" is like your "3 in 1 CD" only it included Bomberman. You're missing some really "good" titles, as well as missing some USA titles. You seem to have more titles outside USA. Mind you, not complaining, but USA did have their own titles. I understand of course, this is a "Redump", but come on, let's get titles that make it a complete set.

Still, good selection.
