The room was very nice with excellent view
The swimming pool indoor ,was very cold you couldn't swim, no sauna or jacuzzi and the biggest problem the water park isn't open . I received an email one day before that the water park was closed, but at the reception ww wre told it was closed from 31st of October , why did the company not informed us the water park was closed ,so we could book a different hotel? Very disappointed with that. From Booking. Com We should have been informed before completing our booking

Good location and good value for the money
Very good location and position, good value for the money, cleaning of the rooms was daily and every day they put new towels. Food for lunch and dinner was good, and chefs were very nice.
The hotel has much potential, however needs renovations. The pillows and mattresses were very uncomfortable and old. The staff should be more welcoming and professional. The inside pool, fitness zone, sauna exist but are very old and looks like noone takes care of them. They don’t give you any tips for excursions, places to visit, even if you ask them.

Very helpful and kind staff,, comfortable big room, waterpark facilities, excellent breakfast, hotel next to the beach.
The quality of food, except breakfast, is medium. Not enough cleaned outside places,
