Unable to sleep the whole time due to excessive music volume from the Slingshot ride. The windows of the hotel apartment has zero sound suppression. Also upon arrival, I was given an apartment where neither of the 2 airconditioners were operational. UNACCEPTABLE and an unprecedented experience for me

When I arrived it was after 5pm and reception was closed, there was hard to call the number as I was on hold to have access to a code to the safe to get the key to my room, not a great experience after arriving on a flight that was delayed and having a nightmare drive from airport to Surfers. If you need anything reception does not open until 9am. A bit inconvenience

We were on the 13 th floor with an ocean view but the kitchen need to be updated , the table and chairs were rusted and uncomfortable. The bathroom and laundry were small but clean . There was no wifi , the outdoor furniture need to be thrown out
