The venue is spacious and clean, offering excellent value and service from the friendly and well-managed staff. The breakfast is inclusive and abundant, including delicious creamy porridge, crispy bacon, and tasty pizza. The location is unbeatable, close...  

This place is super cheerful and has a killer location. Everything looks neat and tidy, and they're always cleaning up the shared spaces. The rooms are just perfect and so inviting. The breakfast here is top-notch! 🌟...  

The location here is fantastic, very close to the Cita Centre, and the staff are friendly and really made my stay enjoyable.

Great location, just a short 25-minute walk to a lively beach 🏖️. The breakfast spread was amazing with a variety of delicious options like fresh fruits, fluffy pancakes, and tasty eggs.

Fresh fruit, pancakes, and eggs in the restaurant were good. The location was excellent and perfect, close to Cita Shopping Center. Had an unforgettable stay in February and would stay here again.

Overall really really nice stay in February. Fairly clean place with incredibly beautiful view of palm trees and sea and sand dunes. Lovely friendly and reasonably good staff, stunning location adjacent to €3 on the bus as well as a restaurant....  

The location of this hotel just off Maspalomas beach and Player del Ingles beach, restaurants-which there were plenty of and the dunes and mountains was great and stunning. It also was to the Cita shopping centre. The pool was heated and I had branded drinks in the main bar. Late check-out was useful.

Quiet and absolutely spotless room with separate bathroom and a coffee maker, a kettle and a writing table.

The breakfast was inclusive and gorgeous with sausages, greasy bacon, and steak, you will not be disappointed. Stayed in a spotless and airy room with modern decor.- The location was marvelous and lovely, really close to the dunes, shops, bars, and nightlife.- The hotel is near the Melanaros seafront where there is an excellent choice of good restaurants for an evening out.

The staff at the reception desk is friendly and helpful, the room is brand-new with beautiful views, golden sunsets, and a complimentary fridge.

Staff were lovely friendly and reasonably good, and facilities were really good here.

The hotel had a great snackbar with a variety of food options available all day. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel also had a cosmetic salong and massage salong, which were a bonus. The game room for children was well equipped. Our room was spacious and had plenty of storage. The buffet had a good selection of food, especially the fish options. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly.

Great location at the heart of the tourist area. Breakfast buffet is excellent lots of choices and the buffet staff was very helpful and friendly. The staff overallwas extremely helpful we orginally had 2 beds in our room. But the housekeeping and technical staff securely put the two beds together for us that was unexpected and welcomed. The front desk staff is very informative especially gentleman named Oscar. The staff spoiled us so much it was hard for us to leave. The pool was very nice and the pool side bar was wonderful.

Drink selection seemed limited especially during Happy Hour.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The rooms were good and clean. The outlay of the garden and swimmingpool were nice. Around the corner of the hotel you have a big choice of good public bustransport to nearly any place on the island, including direct bus to the airport.

The food was well prepared, but with the cheapest quality on the market: very fat cold meat and plastic cheese for breakfast, etc. , I tried 3 of the 4 white wines on the card and they were awfull.
