Excellent location, close to the beach. Good value for money. Food was great, tasty, many choices. Thumbs up for the restaurant staff!

Toilet was smelly. Poor reception staff. We have booked double bedroom and we got a room with two single beds besides each other.

We were blown away by the Hotel's fantastic location, just a short walk from the bustling promenade and beautiful local beaches. The three pristine pools offered a jaw-dropping sun all day, while the spacious and clean pool area provided...  

Close to the beach and only 5 mins walk from town centre.

The beds were rock hard, they should provide a sledgehammer with the room so u can try soften the slab oh i mean bed

Your own drinks were not allowed in dining hall, which I belive was not fair as they charge doubel the amount for a can of coke or other drinks.

I had a fantastic time staying at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was amazing, with a beautiful beach just 500m away, making it perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. It was also conveniently located for exploring the local...

comfort pretty fair, and room at floor "-1" are very noisy !

The location is great, right next to the beach which was lovely. The pool is well-maintained and there are plenty of sunbeds available on the rooftop deck. The rooms are clean and have a nice sea view.

The staff is not very friendly, especially in the piano bar which is quite dated. The daytime entertainment staff is embarrassing to watch and not worth the time.

We booked room with balcony and sea view but somehow reservation has been change by Booked.net we belive and we had got basement level room with no balcony and a car park view, close to rear door. Very noisy until late hours as the door were used by stuff, noise from the kitchen, stuff throwing glass at midnight, very cold room with no heating. Worse hotel I have ever been to.

Not a lot. Entertainment was basic and repeated nightly, also the staff were the most unhelpful people I have ever had the misfortune to meet, no Wi-Fi even though I asked to speak to a manager the staff told me none were avaiable during my 10 day stay (Funny that I saw most of them drinking at the bar at nights) The cleaning staff were the best every day they came in so I leave them out of my complaint. The food was greasy and unpalatable, so I will not be going back there. I have listed these details on Trip Advisor to warn potential clients of this 4 Star???(thats a laugh 3 at best) Please make sure that this hotel is made aware of the staff, perhaps they could ask them to learn Manners and Some English and give them proper training please.

The Buffet Restaurant was a gastronomic delight, with a wide variety of dishes that were a feast for the senses. Picture yourself dining on the terrace, savoring the flavors of the Mediterranean cuisine, as if you were the star of your own gourmet show.
