Mandevilla (Hybrid)
(Syn Dipladenia)

This lovely evergreen twiner has shiny leathery leaves and large funnel shaped red flowers from July to December, although it survives in my unheated greenhouse I do not think it would survive to flower without glass protection. A good conservatory plant, it does well in pots. (min 0c) and is an easier plant than Mandevilla 'Alice du Pont'. Much confusion over the name with it being changed back and forth, and this plant is most likely a hybrid anyway. Easy and trouble free.
