Flower Size

Found in Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica and Panama at elevations of 1300 to 2000 meters as a small to medium sized, cool growing epiphyte from wet montane forests with slender, subterete, rarely cylindric-tapering pseudobubs carrying 1 to rarely 2, plicate, strongly veined, lanceolate, acute to shortly acuminate, gradually narrowing below into the petiolate base leaves that blooms in the late spring and early summer on an erect, 3.6 to 6" [9 to 15 cm] long, few to many flowered inflorescence.
