Found in Rio de Janiero state of Brazil in lower hills at elevations below 400 meters as a miniature sized, hot growing epiphyte with short, erect to suberect ramicauls carrying a single, apical, ovate, tridenticulate, abruptly narrowing below inot the base leaf that blooms on 1 to 2, erect, peduncle .6" [1.5 cm] long, .92" [2.4 cm] long overall, successively single, 4 flowered raceme.
