Anacamptis palustris is a slender plante growing in marshy zones.

Its long leaves drawn up and folded longitudinally are not spotted.

Its large pink to purplish flowers bear a three-lobed lip, practically plane and presenting a white central part. The lip is constellated with dark purple points or small lines.

The spur is horizontal.

Flowering from May to July.
